Shipping policy

# Shipping Policy ## 1. Shipping Scope & Basic Explanation We provide international sea freight delivery to major ports of the United States. All shipping fees, import duties, customs clearance charges, local destination delivery fees and tax expenses are **not included** in the product unit price unless a formal written quotation specifies otherwise. ## 2. Order Production & Dispatch Timeline 1. Standard production lead time: 7–15 working days after deposit or full payment is confirmed, subject to order quantity and OEM customization requirements. 2. Goods will be arranged for shipment within 3 working days once finished production and packing are completed. 3. Estimated sea transit time to US West Coast ports is 25–35 working days. The above transit period is only a reference and cannot be guaranteed. ## 3. Circumstances Beyond Our Control for Shipping Delay We will not take liability for delivery postponement caused by the following factors: - Port congestion, carrier space shortage, shipping line schedule adjustment - Customs inspection, random customs hold, import document verification at destination country - Force majeure events including natural disasters, strikes, war, epidemic prevention policies and official traffic restrictions - Incomplete buyer-provided customs clearance information leading to clearance suspension ## 4. Buyer’s Responsibilities for Customs Clearance 1. The buyer shall be responsible for handling import declaration, customs clearance and paying all applicable tariffs, import taxes, inspection fees and miscellaneous charges in the receiving country. 2. The buyer must provide accurate consignee information, tax ID and other necessary documents required for customs clearance in a timely manner. Any extra costs or detention losses arising from false, missing or delayed information shall be borne solely by the buyer. ## 5. Packing & Cargo Damage during Transit 1. Products are packed with export-standard fumigated packaging to reduce damage risk during ocean transportation. 2. If obvious outer package breakage is found upon container arrival, the buyer must take photos and video evidence on the spot before signing for receipt, and file a claim with the shipping carrier directly. 3. Damages caused by long-distance sea transportation, rough loading and unloading by the logistics party shall be claimed by the buyer against the freight company. We will provide necessary supporting documents to assist with the claim, but we do not undertake compensation for logistics damage. ## 6. Split Shipment & Consolidated Shipment For bulk orders with large quantities, we reserve the right to arrange split shipment by multiple containers if needed, and will inform the buyer in advance. Consolidated loading with other goods is acceptable only with prior written confirmation from both sides. ## 7. Shipping Address Modification Address revision requests must be submitted in writing before the container is loaded onto the vessel. Once the bill of lading is issued and the shipment departs, address changes will incur extra amendment fees and cannot be guaranteed to succeed; all relevant extra expenses shall be paid by the buyer. ## 8. Overseas Warehouse Forwarding If the buyer requests delivery to a designated US overseas warehouse, the last-mile inland delivery cost from the port to the warehouse shall be covered by the buyer. We only arrange delivery to the agreed seaport unless extra inland freight is prepaid. ## 9. Undeliverable & Abandoned Shipments If the buyer refuses customs clearance, rejects the goods or abandons the shipment after arrival at the destination port, all ocean freight, storage fees, return shipping charges and destruction costs will be deducted from the order payment, and no full refund will be issued.
