# Terms of Service
## 1. General Acceptance
By placing an order, submitting payment, and purchasing our NFC tap-to-pay portable outdoor restroom products, you (the Buyer) fully agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, along with our Return & Refund Policy, Disclaimer and product specification notices published on our official website.
We reserve the right to revise these terms without prior notice; updated versions shall take effect immediately upon publication.

## 2. Product Description & Specifications
We strive to keep product pictures, parameters, payment function introductions and dimensions accurate on the store page. Minor visual differences caused by shooting light, screen display and production batch difference shall not be regarded as product quality problems.
This model only supports NFC contactless card and mobile tap payment. No coin acceptor or QR code scanning function is equipped.

## 3. Pricing & Payment
All listed prices do not include international ocean freight, local import duties, customs clearance fees, tax and destination port delivery charges unless otherwise specified in written formal quotation.
Orders shall be confirmed with formal payment arrangement. We only begin production after receiving the agreed deposit or full payment.
Any bank transfer fees, third-party payment platform handling charges shall be borne by the Buyer.

## 4. Order Production & Delivery
Production lead time will be confirmed according to order quantity and customization requirements. Estimated shipping duration is for reference only, and we are not liable for delays caused by shipping company backlog, customs inspection, port congestion or force majeure events.
It is the Buyer’s obligation to complete import declaration, customs clearance and pay relevant tariffs and inspection fees in the destination country.

## 5. OEM & Customization Agreement
Custom orders including logo printing, shell color change, system language modification and function adjustment are non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-returnable once production starts.
The Buyer shall provide legitimate trademark authorization if customizing branded logos. We shall not be responsible for intellectual property infringement risks arising from unauthorized logo customization requested by the Buyer.

## 6. Buyer’s Legal Operation Obligation
This product is sold as industrial hardware equipment only. The Buyer shall independently apply for land use permission, sewage discharge permit, environmental health filing and other legal certifications required by state and local laws before deploying the equipment.
It is strictly forbidden to place this payable toilet on municipal public roads, government-managed parks and other public land without official approval. All legal liabilities, fines and compensation arising from illegal placement, sewage discharge and operation shall be solely undertaken by the Buyer.

## 7. Warranty & After-sales Service
We provide a 12-month limited warranty on core original electronic and structural components from the date of shipment.
The warranty covers only factory manufacturing defects. It becomes invalid if damage is caused by man-made collision, improper disassembly, unauthorized modification, wrong operation, vandalism, natural weather aging or improper long-term outdoor use.
Within the warranty period, we provide free replacement of defective spare parts; the international shipping cost of spare parts shall be paid by the Buyer.

## 8. Prohibited Uses
The Buyer shall not resell, rent or export our products in violation of local trade sanctions, import restrictions and laws.
The Buyer may not reverse engineer, disassemble, copy or reproduce the built-in NFC payment control system and core hardware without our written permission.

## 9. Force Majeure
We shall not be held responsible for any failure to perform obligations due to natural disasters, war, epidemic, port strike, factory production suspension, policy restriction and other force majeure circumstances. We will negotiate with the Buyer to adjust delivery schedule or order arrangement reasonably.

## 10. Limitation of Liability
Our total compensation liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the actual payment amount of the corresponding order.
We do not compensate for indirect losses including but not including lost profits, business interruption loss, expected revenue loss and reputation damage.

## 11. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from this transaction shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration at the seller’s local arbitration institution in accordance with relevant Chinese laws.

12. Contact Information
All official communication shall be conducted via the designated business email of our company. Messages sent via instant messaging tools shall be regarded as preliminary communication only, and shall not serve as binding contract clauses unless confirmed in writing by both parties.
