Product Nature Clarification All NFC tap-to-pay portable restrooms listed on this website are sold only as finished industrial hardware equipment for wholesale and export purposes. The seller is solely responsible for product manufacturing, packaging and outbound shipment, and shall not participate in or undertake any subsequent on-site placement, operation, sewage disposal, sanitation management and commercial revenue collection of the equipment after delivery to the buyer. ## 2. Local Compliance Obligation of Purchaser The buyer must independently comply with all federal, state, county and municipal laws, environmental regulations, public land management rules and sanitation policies of the destination country and region. Prior to placing the product into use, the buyer is obligated to apply for all mandatory permits including land occupation approval, waste discharge license, environmental filing and sanitation inspection certification. It is strictly prohibited to install and operate this payable toilet on municipal public roads, government-owned parks, public green spaces and other publicly managed land without official written authorization. All administrative fines, penalties, litigation costs and compensation liabilities arising from illegal deployment and operation shall be borne entirely by the buyer. ## 3. Intellectual Property Statement All texts, pictures, logos, structural designs, system programs and payment control software displayed on this website are protected by intellectual property rights. No party may copy, disassemble, reverse engineer, reproduce or distribute any core technology and content without written authorization from our company. If the buyer requests customized printing of trademarks or logos, the buyer must provide valid trademark certification and authorization documents. Our company shall not be held liable for any trademark infringement disputes caused by unauthorized logos provided by the buyer. ## 4. Certification & Customs Liability We provide standard factory certification documents matching export requirements. The buyer shall verify whether such documents meet local import inspection and customs clearance standards in advance. Any failure to clear customs, detention or confiscation due to insufficient or mismatched certification materials shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer. ## 5. Limitation of Seller’s Liability Under no circumstances shall our total compensation liability exceed the actual payment amount of the corresponding order. We are not responsible for any indirect losses including lost profits, business interruption, expected income loss, brand damage and third-party claims incurred by the buyer. We do not assume liability for equipment failure, personal injury or property loss caused by improper installation, unauthorized modification, man-made damage, vandalism, overuse or failure to follow official operation guidelines. ## 6. Force Majeure Exemption Our company shall not be liable for breach of contract or delayed delivery caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, wars, port strikes, international logistics suspension, national policy adjustments, factory shutdowns and epidemic control measures. We will communicate with the buyer timely to adjust order arrangements. ## 7. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law All transactions and disputes related to product sales shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any unresolved disputes shall be submitted to the people’s court with jurisdiction at the seller’s registered business location for settlement. ## 8. Revision Right Our company reserves the right to modify, update and supplement this Legal Disclaimer at any time without prior individual notification. The latest version published on the website shall take effect immediately upon release.
