Return & Refund Policy
Order cancellation is allowed only prior to production. No cancellation after production or shipment.
Returns are only permitted for verified factory defects within 7 days after delivery. Customized/OEM items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Buyer covers all return shipping fees for approved returns. Refunds will be issued only after we receive and inspect the returned merchandise.
A 12-month warranty is offered on core original components; spare parts will be provided for quality issues, while international delivery fees for parts shall be borne by the purchaser.
We do not accept returns for damage from improper use, forced disassembly, artificial damage or normal usage aging.
